    perfect position at the heart of Geneva, luxurious spa facilities, excellent welcome event with champagne

    Outdated furnishings could seriously benefit from a refresh!!! Squeaky floors and poor sound isolation detract from the experience. Attention to detail in room layout needs improvement with obstructive furniture placement!!!

    highly recommended for holiday. stunning central location right by the roof top japanese restaurant too as well as main shopping street. it also was in the airport for hours.

    Elegant room, really good service, with a perfect view of the lake, made my stay nice along with quick check-in and a fine spa to unwind after a day of exploring.

    This hotel was second to none in every respect, had VERY FRIENDLY staff from the door man till the management. We had an excellent bedroom. This accommodation was in the central location in the center of town. Dined at The Buffet at Aria, it was a 10-15 minute walk from the venue.

    Amazing and fantastic location, around 4-6 minutes walk from Mont Blanc Bridge. Pretty close to the airport, 0.5 miles. Luxurious room with absolutely breathtaking views on the lake with lovely views and beautiful decor;))

    We had a fantastic three-night stay at a beautiful suite with a stunning lake view, and the spa services were out of this world. The complimentary sweet treats every day made us feel so special, although the Wi-Fi connection was a bit inconsistent. I'd definitely return!

    breakfast in the room was sensational! also the spa area very relaxed with very good therapists. the japanese restaurant was excellent! the service was outstanding! we had celebrated our anniversary and they made the day very special for us!

    but i found the room much too expensive for the old bathrooms and equipment. Rooms are rather sensitive, you could hear the child screaming in the next room.

    The service in this hotel is unique, they organize almost everything you could wish for. There is no need to ask there, it is simply done quickly.

    That basically hardly anyone speaks German.

    The room was spacious and elegantly decorated with fine views of lake geneva. The staff were pretty good, leaving thoughtful treats for my children during turn down service.
